Niibaa' Anami'egiizhigad

A holiday design for Revival, a local resale boutique, that was screen printed on kraft shopping bags and the front window of the store. "Happy Holidays" (or close to it) in about 13 different languages. In addition to Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, etc.; I specifically incorporated Ojibway, Croatian, Hebrew and Hungarian for a few close friends. Remember to support your local businesses while you're out shopping for loved ones. Happy Holidays.

New Black Keys Posters.

A couple new posters from hometown heroes The Black Keys. First we have a tour poster for Dan. I think there were a few left over from the tour but I'm not sure when or where they will be available for purchase. Edition of 300, 19" x 25", 3-color print on Whitewash paper.

Next we have a poster for a recent benefit show the Keys played in Akron. The purpose of the benefit was to raise money and awareness for Community Support Services and also to celebrate the life and art of the late Alfred McMoore, a long-time friend of the band who was able to live and create independently thanks to support from CSS. Three of McMoore's images were used on the poster. All the proceeds from this poster are being donated to CSS. There were only a couple left after the show and they will be available soon on the Smoke Signals website. Edition of 50, 19" x 25", 5-color print on Whitewash paper.

Recent covers.

A few of the album covers I've worked on recently for Alive Naturalsound Records.

Dead Meadow

Dead Meadow Everything's Going On (LA Version)

Wanted to get away from the usual stoner imagery associated with Dead Meadow and go for something a little more Tolkien. Plus, bunnies rule. Metallic gold ink on Black, Charcoal Brown or Whitewash paper.

Huma Bird

Spent the last few days printing the sleeves for the new Buffalo Killers 45. It is the second vinyl release for Smoke Signals and the first project I got to print on our new press. The sleeves are two-color prints on three different colors of cover-weight stock: brick red, olive green and chocolate. The vinyl is a light cream color and the edition is limited to 500. They are available at Buffalo Killers shows and on the Smoke Signals website, which will be up and running shortly.
